Customer Service Representative

We are looking for our next great team member to fill the role of Customer Service Representative in Brandon, MB. Providing support to the sales department, the successful candidate will build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure guaranteed satisfaction. This individual will be a highly resourceful team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible and efficient.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with clients to ensure positive feedback.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Inform customers about order status, invoices, contract balances and other information needed to complete the sale.
- Execute customer service strategies.
- Handle basic issues and problems, while referring more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of work experience in a related position.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, react to changing conditions and function well under the pressure of deadlines.
- Ability to work extended or flexible hours as seasonal workloads require.
